Shipping Notice

All gift baskets are delivered or shipped by 8 p.m. Monday - Friday, EST.  If order is placed before 12pm noon Monday - Friday, your order will be processed and shipped on the very next business day, based on inventory availability.  Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the next business day.  During peak seasons and holidays your order may take up to 72 hours to leave our facility.  Upgrading the method of shipment to Next Day or 2nd Day Air does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship out your order -- it only reduces the transit time once your order leaves our facility.

Purchasers agree to accept responsibility for provision of complete and accurate delivery address information and to pay for any costs incurred as a result of incorrect delivery information. Complete information is defined as recipient's full name, street or apartment number, street name (PO Boxes cannot be accepted), city, state and zip code.

Prices & Payment
Prices listed do not include any shipping, delivery or handling charges.

We are required by law to charge a sales tax of 7% for all orders delivered within the state.  Shipping/delivery cost are subject to tax.  We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.  Returned checks will incur a $30 fee.

Return Policy
We hope that your purchase is satisfactory. But in the event you should need to return an item or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund within 3 business days.  ALL RETURNS/REFUNDS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY GIFTS OUTSIDE THE BOX.  Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.  Damaged merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and must be returned with original packaging.  We will issue an exchange, credit, or full refund for damaged items.

Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations can only be accepted prior to delivery or shipment and are subject to a 15% processing fee.

Substitutions:

The photos on this website represent the various designs available.  All gift baskets are custom designed and may vary in design, content, container, or color.  Therefore substitutions may be made, but quality will never be compromised.  All substitutions will be of equal of higher value.
